Honest listings
- Advertise only services you really offer, in the category that fits them best.
- Use your own photos of your own work, or photos you have permission to use.
- Show real prices. If the price depends on the event, say so and mark it as negotiable.
- Keep your listings up to date and pause ads for services you cannot currently provide.
- One ad per service. Do not post the same ad several times.
Not allowed
- Illegal goods or services, or services that need a licence or permit you do not have.
- Alcohol offered to people under 18, or sold without the licences the law requires.
- Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods and anything stolen.
- Sexual content or services, and content that exploits or endangers children.
- Scams, fake businesses, requests for advance payment for services that will not be delivered, and phishing.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment and discrimination.
- Other people's personal information, such as phone numbers or addresses, shared without their permission.
- Spam, misleading links and attempts to move users to other platforms to avoid our rules.
Respectful communication
Keep messages and comments polite and relevant to the service. Reply honestly, do not pressure people into paying and respect a no. Do not send unsolicited promotions to people who have not contacted you.
Ratings and reviews
- Rate a provider only after a real interaction and describe your own experience.
- Do not rate your own business or ask friends to rate it, and do not offer or accept anything in exchange for a rating.
- Criticism is welcome when it is fair. Abuse and personal attacks are not.
Staying safe
- Check the provider's profile, ratings, reviews and blue tick before you agree to anything.
- Agree on the price, date, what is included and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay.
- Pay deposits only to providers you trust, and keep receipts.
- Visit venues and meet providers in public places where possible.
- Never share passwords or one time codes. Sherehesha will never ask for them.
What happens if rules are broken
Report anything that breaks these guidelines using the Report option on the ad or profile. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, pause ads, remove a blue tick, or suspend or close the account. Serious cases, such as fraud or threats, may be passed to the authorities. Several independent reports about the same concern can lead to an automatic suspension while the case is reviewed.
